We are committed to building an inclusive and fair workplace that attracts talent and advances its people, regardless of their background, experiences or perspectives. We believe that a diverse set of minds will continue to contribute to our innovative culture and our ability to reinvent ourselves constantly.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager (L3) to join our cross-office Tech department and play a key role in defining the next generation of digital media. While the ideal candidate is based in Stockholm, we are also open to candidates for our Aarhus office.

The department consists of an interdisciplinary group of designers, developers, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists collaborating with the goal of developing cutting-edge technology products to be used by our internal digital marketing teams and our clients. Our work optimizes our client's marketing efforts and business objectives.

As an L3 Product Manager, you will work closely with our tech team to not only improve our products' usability but to drive the strategic vision of our Creative Tech ecosystem. You will have a high degree of autonomy in making decisions and playing a key role in product strategy and growth. To enjoy the role, we believe that you are a creative problem-solver with an analytical background who likes working closely with key stakeholders and technology teams. You will be a part of an international, ambitious, and experienced team. We offer a workplace culture that is built on supportiveness, curiosity, teamwork, and innovation.

You will specifically lead the definition and build of two key initiatives. First, a dedicated Creative Asset Management system designed to move the review and production process from chaotic manual efforts to a unified, structured workflow. This platform will unify all client creative assets and campaign information, serving as the single source of truth for both internal teams and external clients. Second, you will lead the scaling of the Creative Reporting in Alvie, a live analytics product that answers "What creative is actually working?" by unifying ad visuals and performance data. The long-term strategy involves establishing a strong connection between the Creative Asset Management system and the analytics capabilities, ensuring creative strategy is continuously inspired by real-world data.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the build and rollout of the new Creative Asset Management platform, moving it from concept to a unified, structured workflow.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define the main product goals and deliverables based on internal/client needs.
  • Creating and maintaining a set of artefacts (documentation, slide decks, wireframes, etc.) that represent our product goals, roadmap, and milestone goals.
  • Tracking product Objectives and Key Results, sharing them with the team, and making actions based on data.
  • Facilitating strategic sessions with stakeholders and proactive collaboration with users.
  • Leading milestone planning and defining clear milestones with the development team(s).
  • Demoing the result of milestone to the key stakeholders and iterating on the feedback.
  • Providing clear requirements to the team and supporting their implementation.
  • Running products/features discovery and scoping.
  • Converting requirements into achievable deliverables (technical and functional) following agile best practices.
  • Maintaining product documentation set.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in setting and meeting deadlines and holding others accountable.
  • Strong ability to gather feedback through user interviews and on-page analytics.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy or Creative Operations.
  • Passion for solving problems with technology and a passion for the products we're building.
