Senior Project Manager – Engineering Product Development
Unity Partners is exclusively retained by a global technology organization to recruit a Senior Project Manager.
This role is suited for a leader who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys driving engineering-driven product development projects from early concept through production release. You will bring structure, connect teams across disciplines, and ensure delivery within agreed quality, budget, and timeline. You will be part of a PMO team.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Full ownership of end-to-end project outcomes
• Lead and align cross-functional engineering teams
• Develop project strategy, planning, and budgeting
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve challenges
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners
• Drive consistent and predictable execution through PMO processes
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
• MSc/PhD in Engineering, or BSc with substantial experience
• Solid technical foundation (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, physics, or similar)
• 2+ years in product development
• 3+ years in project management with measurable delivery success
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High sense of ownership, analytical strength, and proactive problem-solving
• Comfortable operating in uncertainty with a lean/agile mindset
