Project Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure - Sweden

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing company within electric mobility and energy infrastructure to recruit a Project Manager for their Network Expansion team. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in building the next generation of ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure across the Nordic region.

You will manage the full project lifecycle of charging stations – from early-stage site assessment and investment case development through construction, commissioning and handover. The role carries real ownership, high visibility and direct impact on the Nordic green energy transition.

This position blends commercial acumen with hands-on project execution and suits a structured, driven project manager who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full lifecycle of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel across different phases.
• Lead coordination between internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee site owners, consultants, grid operators and installation contractors.
• Develop and present CAPEX investment cases using ROI, NPV, IRR and payback analysis.
• Control project timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting and professional handover.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, economics, project management or similar.
• Several years’ experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, energy or e-mobility.
• Strong commercial understanding and investment case experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Finnish language skills are a plus.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and electric mobility.
