About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The Role

As a Product Data Analyst you will be instrumental in driving product decisions through data at Legora. You will analyse user behaviour, measure product performance, and uncover insights that shape our product roadmap. Whilst this is a full-stack data role where you'll build and maintain the analytical infrastructure needed to support your work, the primary focus is on delivering actionable insights that help us build better products for lawyers.

This is a key role that sits at the intersection of product, analytics, and engineering — translating complex data into clear recommendations that drive product strategy. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise features, optimise user experience, and scale our platform.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyse product usage patterns, user behaviour, and feature adoption to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and designers to define success metrics, design experiments, and measure impact of product initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems that enable self-service analytics across the product organisation.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical product questions and inform strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models to support product analytics and reporting needs.

Who You Are

  • Solid experience in a product analytics, data analyst, or analytics engineering role, ideally in a product-led or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with modern BI tools; familiarity with Python, dbt, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus.
  • Understanding of data modelling, ELT best practices, and building analytical systems that are reliable and scalable.
  • Experience designing and analysing A/B tests and other product experiments.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence product decisions through data storytelling.
  • But most importantly, you are someone who
    • “Gets stuff done” and understands building a $10bn company isn’t always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours
    • Strives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren’t always clear and processes are few
