Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to support DT One’s growth by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, transforming data into actionable insights and functional specifications. In this role, you will work with large datasets, visualize processes, and perform gap analyses to enable informed decision-making and drive business improvements. The BA will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-impact outcomes aligned with our strategic objectives.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights that drive product strategy and business decisions.
• Create visual representations of business processes and data insights using tools like Tableau, Excel, and similar tools.
• Identify discrepancies between current and target states, providing actionable recommendations.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and in preparing internal training materials to ensure team readiness.
• Update the Product Knowledge Base with accurate documentation, FAQs, and training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the fintech or banking industry.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
• Familiarity with Use Case modelling and UML notation would be a considerable advantage
• Technical writing experience is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) and process mapping
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
