As ORFİN Finansman, one of the OYAK Group and Renault Group companies, we are looking for Deputy Manager of Information Technology
ORFİN Finansman A.Ş. provides financing services to individual and commercial customers purchasing new or second-hand vehicles from Renault, Alpine and Dacia Authorized Dealers, stock financing services to Renault, Alpine and Dacia Authorized Dealers for the vehicles purchased from MAİS and credit-related insurance product sales services to individual and commercial customers within the framework of the insurance agency activity permit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective, secure, and efficient operation of all IT processes
- Analyze business requirements and coordinate software development, system integration, and infrastructure projects
- Manage communication and technical coordination with vendors
- Lead change requests for existing applications and ensure proper implementation
- Conduct system and user acceptance tests
- Identify IT infrastructure, hardware, and security needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Prepare and update project plans; monitor timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives (Agile, DevOps, RPA, AI)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage, guide, and evaluate IT team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects with strong knowledge of project management and business analysis
- Experience in software development processes (preferably full stack)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or MSSQL
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of taking initiative
- Experience in data analysis and basic system integrations
- Strong team leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
