Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other majors with an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management,
• Proficient in Excel and good with numbers,
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information,
• Strong written and spoken communication skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to build & maintain great products,
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar,
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar,
• Courage to handle and tackle tough problems every day,
• Excellent command of English/Turkish both written and spoken,
• Willingness and potential for learning and development,
• Full-time availability,
• Keen interest in entrepreneurship is a plus,
• Closely affiliated to developments in mobile businesses and tech in general.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• A/B testing experience would be a great asset
• Proficiency in a software language will be nice to have
• HTML, CSS knowledge will be preferred
• Development management experience in mobile would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with our product management team and development team to understand and coordinate product strategy, release timelines, and product quality,
• Working on sprints of different teams, attending their meetings,
• Analyzing and interpreting data and making meaningful conclusions to provide insights on app features,
• Define, monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development process,
• Testing ongoing tasks and ensuring that everything is on schedule,
• Helping to set the strategic direction, develop and execute on the product roadmap,
• Influence executives and team members alike, with your unique approaches to problem-solving and direct the course of our technical solutions,
• Acquire the skills to set up and run ad campaigns,
• Help sales/marketing staff with research,
• Testing the product on a regular basis and reporting the bug.
