The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
• Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Create and manage project timelines and milestones
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Monitor and manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet client requirements
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage project change requests and scope creep
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status reports
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
• 2+ years' of experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of digital marketing and web development best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
