We are looking for a skilled and motivated PMO and Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing PMO strategy, developing project management standards, and leading complex digital initiatives. This is a key role in driving digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects across the company.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PMO and Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing PMO strategy, developing project management standards, and leading complex digital initiatives. This is a key role in driving digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects across the company.
YOU WILL
- Develop and implement PMO strategy, standards, and project management frameworks
- Identify and nurture talent in project management
- Manage IT portfolios and programs, ensuring effective resource and risk management
- Prioritize IT projects, monitoring costs, resources, and timelines
- Lead the execution of complex digital projects and promote success stories within the organization
- Organize bi-monthly digital business review meetings
- Support the creation of initial project descriptions and business cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT and business goals
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT and digital transformation
- Strong understanding of PMO strategies and frameworks
- Ability to identify and develop project management talent
- Experience managing complex IT portfolios and programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations
- Preferred: Experience in digitalization, strong problem-solving skills, and risk management abilities
