As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Technical Support Engineer" with below requirements for our client operating in building materials sector in Ankara.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• Aiming to build a career in the construction chemicals industry,
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Eager to learn and develop, responsible, and strong interpersonal skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• For male candidates: military service must be completed,
• Active driver with a valid B class driver’s license,
• Strong skills in reporting, coordination, process management, and organization,
• Willing to travel and with no travel restrictions.
Responsibilities
• Gain full command of the technical specifications, system solutions, and theoretical and practical application principles of all product groups within the company’s portfolio and provide technical training to all relevant parties accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Quality Management department in updating the system where customer complaints are monitored, reported, and resolved, and take necessary actions to ensure proper follow-up.
• When needed, work in coordination with the Technical Support unit located at the company headquarters to obtain, translate, and prepare technical documents, data sheets, packaging content, brochures, and catalogs, and liaise with relevant departments during the preparation process.
• Provide technical product and system presentations for all projects that are in the ordering process or have recently been turned into orders, share relevant information, and offer technical solutions.
