The Network Engineer (on-site, Level 1) shall have the following knowledge and working experience, but not be limited to:
- Incumbent shall have at least three (3) years of experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
- Incumbent shall be ITIL certified and well-versed in ITIL environment.
- Incumbent shall have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification or other equivalent network certifications, or above.
- Incumbent shall have the knowledge on firewalls and have the experience on analyzing firewall logs.
- The Network Engineers shall have knowledge on problem escalation and network equipment monitoring.
