DATA ANALYST INTERN (HYBRID & Part-Time)

Overview

Bahçıvan Gıda, one of Turkey’s leading dairy producers with an innovation-focused culture, is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our Strategy Department.

This hybrid role combines on-site work at our Istanbul headquarters with remote flexibility, offering a strong hands-on learning environment.

You will help build real-time dashboards for Finance, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, while supporting the company’s digital transformation and analytics initiatives.

Open to undergraduate (3rd–4th year) and graduate (Master’s) students.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for various departments
• Support the Strategy Department in KPI design and data visualization

2. Data Extraction & Processing

• Extract, clean, and structure data using SAP HANA
• Contribute to automated reporting workflows

3. BI & Reporting

• Create and update reports on SAP BI
• Design interactive dashboards in Power BI

4. Data Modeling & Analysis

• Assist with SQL-based data extraction and light data modeling
• Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and strategy presentations

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Strategy, Finance, Production Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams
• Translate business needs into analytical outputs

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• 3rd–4th year undergraduate or graduate (Master’s) student

• Preferred fields: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics

Technical Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)

• Familiarity or interest in Power BI

• Interest in SAP systems (SAP HANA, SAP BI)

• Strong Excel knowledge

Personal Traits

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

Language Skills

• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation
