A prestigious governmental entity in Al Ain is looking for a visionary Emirati to lead our strategic planning and transformation initiatives.

Position: Head of Strategy (Executive Manager Level)

Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the organization's strategic vision and roadmap
• Lead strategic planning processes aligned with United Arab Emirates Vision 2031
• Analyze market trends and governmental priorities to inform decision-making
• Oversee strategic projects and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with C-suite executives on organizational direction
• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, Strategy, or related field
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience with 5+ years in strategic leadership
• Proven track record in strategic planning within governmental or semi-governmental sectors
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with UAE governmental frameworks and national agenda
