Product Manager - B2C Innovation

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the execution and coordination of our B2C Innovation product, focusing on building lovable, high-quality mobile experiences. You’ll start by owning day-to-day delivery and over time, co-own product strategy and business outcomes with the VP Product.

What You’ll Do:

• Execution & Sprint Ownership: Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog, break down features into lean deliverables, lead sprint rituals, and ensure smooth delivery across Android, iOS, and backend.
• Social Product Thinking: Integrate social mechanics like sharing, UGC, comments, reactions, and follower logic into the product. Collaborate with design and marketing to craft engaging, native-feeling interfaces and user flows.
• Team Enablement: Unblock developers and designers, bridge vision and implementation, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Documentation & Clarity: Maintain Confluence and Jira as a single source of truth; document social feature logic.
• Quality & Validation: Review staging builds, validate social flows, and collaborate with QA to ensure releases meet specifications.
• User-Centered Collaboration: Support user research, interviews, and feedback collection; work with marketing on onboarding and messaging.
• Strategic Expansion (Phase 2): Co-create product OKRs/KPIs, define the roadmap, and track engagement, retention, and content creation metrics.

What Success Looks Like:

• Product is shipped consistently, with clear documentation and aligned teams
• Social features are intuitive, sticky, and native to platform behavior
• Product roadmap balances vision, execution, and social-led growth

Preferred Background:

• Strong understanding of social products and mobile-first B2C experiences
• Experience with user-generated content, community, or engagement-driven features
• Familiarity with content feeds, notifications, and creator/user dynamics
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
• Passion for building products people naturally talk about and share
