We’re supporting a well-established Norwegian B2B SaaS provider that delivers a Quality, Environment, Health & Info-Security management system used across 400–500 organisations, primarily for ISO certification processes.

The company is beginning a major infrastructure transformation, moving from on-prem/VMware to AWS. They’re now hiring a DevOps / Cloud Engineer to take ownership of hosting, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps processes for their flagship product.

  • Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, security)
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for large monolithic web applications
  • Oversee deployments, uptime, observability, and hosting operations
  • Work closely with the security officer + DevOps colleagues across the wider group
  • Act as the primary DevOps resource within the product team

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with AWS
  • Cloud infrastructure management: VPC, networking, compute, IAM, security
  • CI/CD pipelines for web apps
  • Experience with Windows Server, IIS, VMs, and monolithic applications

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Kubernetes

  • Experience with cloud migrations or scaling SaaS platforms
  • Background with large/complex business systems

Team You’ll Join

  • You, as the dedicated DevOps Engineer
  • Collaboration with a Security Officer + 2–4 DevOps engineers from a merging sister company

The environment is stable but evolving, with international expansion underway and product/infrastructure teams gradually merging, offering lots of influence and career opportunities.

What’s in It for You

  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Lead a full cloud transformation (from legacy to AWS)
  • Work in a growing SaaS company with global ambitions
  • Hybrid working model
  • Supportive, down-to-earth engineering culture
