About the Role

Our client, a stealth-mode leader in next-generation AI products, has partnered with RELYzIT Talent to secure a Machine Learning Engineer who will architect the ultra-low-latency intelligence layer powering their core platforms.

This is a freelance position based onsite in Dubai, offering you the opportunity to shape the future of real-time, speech-powered AI solutions. If you thrive on LP systems, real-time inference, low-latency optimization, PyTorch engineering, ASR/TTS breakthroughs, and production-grade cloud MLOps, this is your arena.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced neural-network and pattern-recognition architectures for real-time applications
• Build and optimize real-time inference pipelines for ultra-low latency performance
• Design, train, and deploy PyTorch-based models in production environments
• Engineer ASR, TTS, and LP components capable of millisecond responsiveness
• Collaborate closely with high-velocity product, data, and engineering teams
• Analyze large-scale datasets to drive continuous model improvement and innovation
• Push boundaries in model compression, performance engineering, and scalable ML infrastructure
• Stay ahead of breakthroughs in deep learning, speech models, and real-time inference technologies

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in computer science, algorithms, and data structures
• Deep understanding of neural networks, pattern recognition, and mathematical modeling
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production
• Strong proficiency in Python (R or Java is a plus)
• Hands-on expertise in PyTorch
• Experience with ASR, TTS, LP, or real-time speech-driven systems
• Solid statistical grounding
• Experience with large-scale data processing or distributed compute frameworks (preferred)
• Experience with cloud-based MLOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP) (preferred)

Language Proficiency

• Professional proficiency in English is required

Other Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or Computer Science (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ownership mindset with a passion for solving complex, high-impact problems
