Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support and enhance their HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring a smooth HR workflow across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Assist in drafting employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Support performance management activities and assist with employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist in HR reporting, data management, and preparation of HR metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
