What You'll Do
Join Viasat as Project Coordinator in Service Delivery and play a key role in the roll-out of the NexusWave product to our maritime customers. A Project Coordinator will work on installation, upgrade, repair and preventive maintenance projects on all communication platforms supported by Viasat. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with the customer and coordinate vessel visits, service engineer resources and spare parts.

The day-to-day
- Coordinate repairs, new installations, and upgrades for the NexusWave and FleetXpress products
- Coordinate preventive maintenance in EMEA according to budget
- Actively look for preventive maintenance in the region
- Obtain information such as PO (purchase order), agent info, letter of invitation, Visa etc.
- Liaise with customers, agents and third parties to ensure smooth and cost-effective workflow
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Service Engineers
- Update resource management system
- Verify timesheets, reports and travel expenses
- Make sure customer documentation is updated after services
- Participate in after office hours & weekend on-call
- Bachelor Degree and/or relevant experience. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
- Good communication and networking skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, systematic, and organized
- Service minded
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Commercial experience in the industry
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
