Role responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
- Support project teams in managing and resolving project-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in project coordination or administration in roofing / cladding or production / manufacturing .
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
