Role responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Support project teams in managing and resolving project-related challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in project coordination or administration in roofing / cladding or production / manufacturing .
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
