As a Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end requirements management for medium to large-scale projects, collaborating with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation.

Note: This is a Hybrid Role based in Montreal, QC (3 Days/Week from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, facilitate discovery sessions, and document business/system requirements.
• Lead requirements prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support testing, implementation, and maintain reusable documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical leads on tech-related matters.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years as a BA/BSA in an Agile environment.
• Strong background in banking and financial institutions.
• Experience in Online banking / Mobile banking.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and planning.
• Previous FI experience with lending products
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and gap analysis skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, Mural, Figma.
• Familiarity with BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) best practices for requirements management and analysis.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in personal lending and digital transformation.
• API testing (Postman), accessibility standards, Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
