You will design, build, and run cloud infrastructure that supports large scale data systems. This role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems and driving cloud adoption across complex environments.
What You Will Do
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Develop automation scripts to improve deployment speed and reduce manual work
• Configure monitoring and alerting to track performance, usage, and cost
• Ensure cloud environments follow security and compliance standards
• Support data pipelines for high volume data ingestion and processing
• Work with cross functional teams on cloud architecture and technical solutioning
• Optimise cloud workloads for performance and cost efficiency
• Prepare documentation on configurations, infrastructure changes, and processes
• Provide technical support on cloud issues and guide project teams
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of hands on experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure management
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of networking, security, and databases in cloud environments
• Experience working with CI or CD practices
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Keen to work on complex, large scale data systems
