Our client, a leading quantitative research firm, is seeking a highly analytical and driven Quant Trader to join their trading team. The role involves developing and executing quantitative trading strategies across multiple asset classes, leveraging advanced statistical models and high‑frequency data.

Manage and optimize crypto portfolios using systematic, data‑driven strategies while collaborating with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee crypto portfolios, applying quantitative methods to generate consistent returns.
- Strategy Development: Design, back‑test, and deploy trading strategies across CEX and DEX markets, balancing risk and reward.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in‑depth research on crypto assets and trends to inform investment decisions.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with quant researchers, data scientists, and tech teams to refine models and improve execution.
- Risk Control: Monitor strategy‑related risks and ensure alignment with firm objectives.
- Reporting: Deliver regular performance and risk updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a top‑tier institution (e.g., Ivy League, Oxbridge, leading Asian/European schools).
- Proven track record of consistent returns on centralized and/or decentralized exchanges.
- Experience at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund is highly preferred.
- Strong background in quantitative research, risk management, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in programming/automation (Python, C++, Rust, Golang, etc.) for strategy implementation.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem – DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain technology.
