PTT is hiring a Community Manager who understands crypto culture, community psychology, and the mechanics of Web3 engagement.

You will be the daily voice of PTT across Telegram, Discord, X, and additional platforms.

Your goal is to build a community that feels alive, supported, informed, and inspired to participate.

Grow and guide the global PTT community while protecting the culture, ensuring clarity in communication, and maintaining a strong standard of regulatory compliance.

• Manage daily communication and moderation across Telegram and Discord
• Build a welcoming and educational onboarding experience for new members
• Launch weekly engagement campaigns, prompts, AMAs, and creative community formats
• Identify high-value contributors and ambassadors and help empower them
• Coordinate with marketing, social, and product teams to share accurate updates
• Monitor community sentiment and provide structured insights to leadership
• Manage moderators across time zones and maintain community guidelines
• Keep all communication aligned with compliance and Howey-safe standards
• Stay current with Web3 culture, meme formats, platform trends, and engagement best practices

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing crypto, fintech, or tech communities
• Strong understanding of Telegram, Discord, and Web3 culture
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to match tone and energy across platforms
• Experience creating community campaigns, contests, and reward systems
• Calm and confident communication skills during sensitive or fast-moving moments
• Familiarity with compliance-safe messaging for blockchain projects
• A natural ability to spark conversation and maintain long-term engagement
• Comfortable working with a global remote team
