Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the company’s projects The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities with exceptional communication skills and has a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery, while maintaining clear and effective communication with both clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to track project progress, KPIs, and overall performance.
  • Produce structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insight and visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate alignment across departments and client teams.
  • Plan, lead, and document meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment with project goals, and consistent performance monitoring.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, reporting standards, and communication protocols.
  • Create visually compelling charts, graphics, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management and data visualization tools.
  • Strong skills in creating charts, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience producing structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
