As IT Support Engineer, you will be the go-to technical expert responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and evolution of all on-premise (and colocation) infrastructure, platforms, and office IT services in a fast-moving commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and enforce standards, policies, processes, and procedures for infrastructure operations and information security.
- Perform capacity planning and scalability improvements to support business growth.
- Lead change management and smooth, low-risk deployment of updates and new solutions into production.
- Own incident, problem, and issue management - rapid resolution and root-cause analysis for production incidents.
- Design, build, and operate comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to meet business SLAs and enable proactive issue prevention.
- Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for office IT (network, VPN, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, printers, workstations, Microsoft 365/Exchange).
- Manage relationships with local ISPs, colocation providers, and hardware/software vendors.
- Contribute to IT budgeting, licensing, and asset lifecycle management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations support.
- Strong working knowledge of:
Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), Exchange/Exchange Online
Networking (LAN/WAN, Cisco/MikroTik/Fortinet, VLANs, VPN, firewalls)
Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and shared/nas storage

Monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, capacity management).
- Experience running on-premise or colocation environments under strict regulatory and data-residency rules.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, "own-until-fixed" mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
