As a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s internal processes and help optimize them to ensure our clients get the best payment solution on the market.
This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product — working side by side with our technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.
- Conducting technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
- Supporting processes related to Solidgate’s payment services
- Building new workflows and optimizing existing ones
- Handling analytical requests from clients
- Setting up payment routing
- Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company
- Communicating with partner banks’ technical support teams
- Detecting and resolving anomalies in the payment process
- Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
Practical experience with Postman and knowledge of Tableau will set you apart.
