We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Our client is one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia, providing solutions across multiple segments, including Retail Banking, Business Banking, Investment Products, and International Remittance Services.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating activities across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and maintaining high delivery standards in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

This is you

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
• Proven track record of successfully delivering middle and large-sized IT projects
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, including Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe or LeSS
• Proficiency in consulting
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes
• Ability to drive reliable planning across mixed, cross-functional teams
• Expertise in communication, with the ability to manage high-level escalations
• Prior experience in banking or fintech environments
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher

This is your role

• Validate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop a full-scale project implementation plan, based of expected project schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team
