We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our data teams, focusing on the design, construction, and maintenance of reliable data pipelines and models with a modern technology stack.
You will work within an agile, product-focused setting and deliver comprehensive data solutions by applying BI development and data analysis expertise. Submit your application to bring your skills to forward-thinking data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design data pipelines with Azure Data Factory for orchestration
- Develop and optimize data transformation processes using dbt Core
- Create and maintain dimensional and relational data models for analytics
- Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across teams
- Manage data storage and performance tuning in Snowflake
- Implement version control and CI/CD automation with GitHub
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning
- Collaborate with product owners, data analysts and BI developers
- Support BI tool development, primarily Microsoft Power BI
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to deliver actionable insights
- Maintain clear documentation for data pipelines and models
- Follow coding standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in data engineering roles
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, dbt Core and Snowflake
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT design, data quality frameworks and performance optimization
- Basic experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization
- Skills in data analysis and business requirement interpretation
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, product-focused environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills at B2+ level
