Business Analyst – Technology Transformation
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days onsite in The City, 3 remote)
Contract: 6 months
Start: January 2026
The Opportunity:
We are supporting a major insurance organisation on a confidential transformation programme. They require an experienced Business Analyst to provide insight and structure across technology workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Document requirements for future technology and pricing solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
- Ensure alignment between technology and pricing initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Strong BA experience within Financial Services, ideally Insurance.
- Exposure to Broker technology platforms and pricing systems.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Confidentiality:
This mandate requires discretion; shortlisted candidates will be required to sign an NDA prior to engagement.
