  • Deliver hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications to support new operational capabilities.
  • Build/adjust workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations as requirements evolve.
  • Prepare for production cutover by developing data transformation scripts, mapping, and import routines.
  • Support platform mobilisation activities, including field services and workplace-related capabilities.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to resolve late-stage changes and rework.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and handover notes for ongoing delivery.
  • Contribute to rapid problem-solving during a fast-moving delivery window.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong, senior-level hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven capability across ITSM and ServiceNow Service Modules (core platform knowledge is critical).
  • Solid scripting skills and experience with configuration, workflows, and platform customisation.
  • Enterprise delivery background, ideally involving uplift, transformation, or major platform rollout.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously — given a task, you can drive it through end-to-end.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment with tight timelines and changing requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Australian Citizen, able to work on internal service streams.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience supporting large-scale mobilisation or production cutover activities.
  • Integration development experience within ServiceNow (APIs, third-party systems, data sync).
  • Exposure to tenancy migration projects (e.g., international to local tenancy).
  • Experience working in defence or similarly regulated enterprise environments.
