We at Coforge are hiring for Data & Reporting Analyst with following skillset:

• To lead the design, development, and management of enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions. The Data & Reporting Analyst is to act as a subject matter expert in data visualization, Power BI development, and data modelling in Power BI, ensuring the delivery of a world-class user experience.
• • End-to-End Power BI Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of high-impact, performant, and secure Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps.
• Data Modeling & Engineering: Architect and implement sophisticated and efficient data models in Power BI (using Power Query/M) and, where applicable, in Azure Analysis Services or similar platforms. This includes defining relationships, calculated columns, measures (DAX), and row-level security (RLS).
• Expert in Microsoft Power BI: Deep, hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service, including:
• Advanced Data Modeling: Creating star/snowflake schemas, managing relationships.
• Advanced DAX: Mastery in writing complex, efficient measures and calculated columns.
• Power Query (M): High proficiency in data transformation, cleansing, and ETL processes.
• Performance Tuning: Ability to diagnose and resolve report and data model performance bottlenecks.
• Data Visualization & UX Mastery: Proven ability to apply principles of visual design, perception, and cognitive load to create effective and engaging reports. A strong portfolio demonstrating this expertise is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience connecting to various data sources (Dataflows, Data Warehouses, Azure SQL, APIs, etc.)
