As part of the AI & Data Working Group under the Linux Foundation, we don’t just adapt to the AI era—we help build it. We’re growing rapidly and expanding our global footprint, and we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can match our pace and help scale high-performance teams capable of delivering automation-first solutions in complex cloud environments.
- Own full-cycle recruiting with a focus on global hiring for AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering roles, especially for SaaS and automation-focused teams.
- Develop strategic, AI-assisted sourcing methods to identify both active and passive candidates using advanced tools and platforms.
- Use data-driven insights and automation-friendly metrics to track recruiting performance and streamline hiring operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team structures and project demands—especially for roles contributing to AI development, cloud architecture, and automation tooling.
- Champion a tech-driven candidate experience, integrating automation and personalization at every touchpoint.
- Use Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS platforms) to manage hiring pipelines and leverage data to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and agility in a remote-first, global team that builds for speed and scale.
- 2–4 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, cloud-native or AI/ML-focused organizations.
- Strong track record in hiring backend engineers (.Net, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.), especially for product-driven, automation-heavy teams.
- Experience hiring across remote talent hubs in Argentina, the EU, or similar global markets.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and comfort discussing modern stacks (Cloud, DevOps, ML/AI).
- Comfort using or exploring AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in driving hiring outcomes.
