A successful Project Manager in Product Planning is a champion of structured execution and strategic innovation—balancing disciplined planning with creative problem-solving to bring high-impact automotive products to market efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead with passion and vision, inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Align technical development with business objectives, ensuring product profitability and competitive positioning.
• Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Capture and integrate lessons learned to continuously improve project execution across future programs.
• Identify and drive value-added opportunities that strengthen global competitiveness and enhance product success.
• Own end-to-end project success, delivering high-quality products that meet cost targets and customer expectations.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within product planning, engineering, or project management environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, timelines, and cost-control processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
