We are partnering with a leading organization in the legal sector that is heavily investing in AI and machine learning innovations. They are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join their team and collaborate closely with their established Data Science department to deploy advanced models into production.
The team has a particular emphasis on leveraging large language models (LLMs) to address challenges within the legal domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines, ensuring efficient CI/CD processes for machine learning workflows.
- Automate model deployment and monitoring to maintain continuous performance and stability in production environments.
- Work collaboratively with data scientists to transition models seamlessly from development to production.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize machine learning models in production to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Establish and promote best practices for model versioning, testing, and governance.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in machine learning engineering, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong focus on deploying ML models and implementing MLOps frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and ML workflow tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- A proven ability to deliver impactful ML solutions that address real-world business needs at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments.
