Technical Controller

IC Resources is working with a Finland-based client who requires a Technical Controller for a 12-month contract. This is on-site in Espoo 4-5 days per week.

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic components, mechanical structures, and BOM management for PCBs and mechanical parts
  • Prepare technical documentation and production instructions in collaboration with production teams and developers
  • Develop and maintain production support platforms, such as internal wikis and knowledge bases
  • Provide project and team support, including coordination, meeting documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Altium Designer, and NetSuite
  • Additional skills considered advantageous: measurement and troubleshooting, FR power/interference testing, 3D design, assembly, and soldering
  • Basic programming literacy in Python, C, and Linux, supporting software-related tasks without dedicated coding responsibilities
