Ahlstrom is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Training Coordination Trainee to join our Change Team. Support the Program Change Team by coordinating and supporting the delivery of the Program training activities.

This job is fixed term, until the end of 2026 and part time, approximately 20 hours per week. The candidate is expected to start as soon as possible at the latest in February 2026. The position is based in our headquarters in Espoo, but in this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and on-site.

Your main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Program Head of Change Methodology & Tools; and working closely with the training suppliers, and the Program Change, Engagement and Technical Teams, the trainee will coordinate Program training activities:

  • Training plan updates
  • Training material development coordination
  • Support in training material improvement and updates
  • Training administration
  • Support in training feedback collection & assessment
  • Support in training communication

To succeed in this role the trainee has:

  • ongoing Master level studies
  • excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal. French skills are considered as advantage.
  • experience in training coordination
  • experience in working on (global) projects
  • strong organizing skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent communication skills with a talent for making complex information easy to understand
  • proficiency with digital tools for collaboration and learning (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SuccessFactors)
  • independent and accountable working style
  • a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • flexibility to work according to the project schedules
  • experience on SAP and SAP Enable now are considered as an advantage
