About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level / Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. You will work with senior engineers to build, test, and maintain software applications while gaining hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop new features and improvements
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and code changes
- Identify technical issues and contribute to troubleshooting and fixes
- Support integration, deployment, and testing activities
- Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and tools
- QualificationsBasic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred SkillsExperience with web development frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
- Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
- Internship or project experience in software development
