Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading & Inspiring: Take charge of your development team, providing mentorship and direction while fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence
- Architecting Solutions: Engage in the design and architectural discussions to create scalable and maintainable software solutions that align with our business objectives
- Hands-On Development: Get your hands dirty by actively participating in coding, troubleshooting, and reviewing code to maintain high standards
- Building Bridges: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and smooth communication throughout the development process
- Fostering Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices to enhance our development processes
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development and team leadership
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire your team
- Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD processes is a plus
