Front-End Developer (React) – AI-Native TMS Platform

  • Full-time
  • On-Site, Kaunas

We’re building the first AI-native Transport Management System (TMS) — a platform that unifies fleet, dispatch, maintenance, yard operations, compliance, and AI automation into one scalable system. Our architecture includes an agentic Copilot, Optimization & Maintenance Intelligence Engines, a Tool/API layer, and a modern React-based UI.

We're looking for a Front-End Developer who can translate complex logistics workflows into clean, powerful, intuitive interfaces.

What You’ll Work On

You will own the front-end experience for the next-generation TMS — including:

  • Building React-based dashboards and UI components for Fleet, Dispatch, Yard, and Pitstop teams
  • Creating real-time map interfaces: Samsara layers, geofences, vendors, alerts (towing, danger zones, tolls, PM status)
  • Implementing workflows for:
  • Repair Orders
  • Maintenance Intelligence insights
  • Driver & equipment assignments
  • Compliance alerts and document workflows
  • Supporting the Fleet Copilot UI (chat + action plan UX)
  • Converting SOPs and operational flows into clean, guided UI steps
  • Working closely with backend (Python/Laravel) to consume new Tool/API layer endpoints
  • Ensuring UI scalability as more departments join (Yard, Recruiting, Rental, Safety, Claims)

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

  • 3+ years experience with React (or strong modern FE skillset)
  • Experience turning messy operational workflows into intuitive UI
  • Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and API-driven apps
  • Ability to work in fast sprints and ship incrementally
  • Experience building dashboards, tables, map UIs, or operational tools
  • Strong UX instincts — clarity, speed, and usability first

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, live updates)
  • Familiarity with mapping libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet)
  • Worked on enterprise admin systems, CRMs, ERPs, TMS, logistics apps, or internal tools
  • Interest in conversational UI or AI-assisted workflows
  • Basic understanding of fleet/logistics operations (PM, DOT, repair workflows, dispatch, etc.)

What You’ll Impact

Your work will directly support:

  • AI-based dispatch recommendations
  • Maintenance scheduling and triage automation
  • Compliance enforcement (DVIR, IFTA, IRP, CARB)
  • Driver communication and DVIR flows
  • Yard and Pitstop operational efficiency
  • Department-wide adoption of the new TMS

This is a mission-critical role — front-end quality will determine whether fleet, dispatch, and yard teams actually switch from spreadsheets, Outlook, Monday.com, and Telegram to our platform.

(And yes… the UI must beat Monday in reliability.)

Tech Stack

  • React (core FE framework)
  • Inertia.js (legacy connection to Laravel, being phased out)
  • Python services (AI Gateway, Copilot, Optimization Engine)
  • Tool/API layer (your main integration surface)
  • Redis / WebSockets for live updates
  • Map services (Samsara GPS, geofences, vendor layers)

Why Join

  • Work on a real AI-native system, not a “ChatGPT wrapper”
  • Shape the UX of an entire logistics platform used across Fleet, Dispatch, Yard, Pitstop, Rental, Recruiting & Safety
  • Build from real operational data (not theoretical requirements)
  • Direct collaboration with domain experts & leadership
  • Ship fast, iterate fast, and build something that will scale across the entire logistics ecosystem

How to Apply

Send your GitHub, portfolio, or two examples of complex UIs you built (internal tools welcome).

We value practical, fast, clean execution over endless frameworks or theory.
