We’re now looking for an exceptional Head of Products to take full ownership of our product development pipeline—from early concept to mass production.

The Role

As our Head of Products, you will own the entire journey of turning ideas into high-performing, beautifully engineered products.

You’ll work closely with our Product Designer and Sourcing Specialist, manage factory relationships abroad, and ensure that every product reaches the market on time, on budget, and at exceptional quality.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to ship products—not just plan them.

What You’ll Do

Product Development & Launch

• Own the end-to-end development process for a high-volume product pipeline.
• Translate designs into manufacturable specifications in collaboration with our in-house designer.
• Review technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering documentation.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) assessments, optimizing materials, components, and packaging.
• Build and manage project timelines across multiple concurrent launches.
• Ensure products reach the market on time and meeting quality standards.

Manufacturing Operations

• Travel abroad regularly to accelerate development cycles.
• Conduct on-site reviews for samples, engineering changes, and production readiness.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with factory leadership and production teams.

Strategic Manufacturing

• Explore and assess manufacturing alternatives.
• Identify and evaluate new factory partners through the Strategic Sourcing Specialist.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and manufacturing processes.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a growing product team: Product Designer, Sourcing Specialist, Supply project Manager, and more as we scale.
• Ensure that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
• Report directly to the CEO on pipeline status, risks, and opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing product development and manufacturing.
• Proven track record overseeing €10M+ annual production value.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering files.
• Demonstrated success launching multiple physical products.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
