Our client, a leading provider in IT Managed Services, based in Bettembourg is currently seeking its future Senior Business Development Manager. Your Mission

  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, requirements, and challenges.
  • Monitor the market to identify new opportunities and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted initiatives.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in ISP or telecom.
  • Proven success in selling and managing complex B2B solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and cybersecurity.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT and networking, able to offer integrated solutions combining infrastructure, connectivity, and security.
  • Experience working with senior executives (C-level) and building long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. Additional certifications in cloud, networking, or security are a bonus.
