Your Mission
- Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Monitor the market to identify new opportunities and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in ISP or telecom.
- Proven success in selling and managing complex B2B solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and cybersecurity.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT and networking, able to offer integrated solutions combining infrastructure, connectivity, and security.
- Experience working with senior executives (C-level) and building long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. Additional certifications in cloud, networking, or security are a bonus.
- You are known to be ambitious, motivated with a team player mindset.
- You have a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset, with strong knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
- You have proven success in ICT business development.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You can work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
- You are a quick learner, able to understand and position new solutions efficiently.
- You have strong customer focus and commitment to delivering real value.
