Java Developer (Angular/ Spring Boot)

Department/Job Overview:

·       3rd Level Support for the Applications FxMP, precious metal settlement, reference rates, few more

·       Implementation of changes regarding the UBS Integration for those listed applications

·      Migration advises for business and IT partner in regards of the Migration for those applications

Key Responsibilities:

·      End to end responsibly to fix issue according to the emergency process (Deployment in host mainframe, deep knowledge in Java and basic knowledge PL-1, follow CS internal processes)

·       Java and PL-1 development for change requests of the listed applications

·      Deep dive analysis in Java source code for analysis based on source code.

·      Develop Migration proposal for those application with deep knowledge on dependency with other applications. Design, Implementation and Testing for the migration. End to end responsible for the listed applications

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

·       Senior Java Programming Experience (more than 5 years Java programming time)

·      Junior Pl-1 experience (1-2 years) BONUS

·      Good Analytic skills to develop solution for potential issues in short time manner to fulfill the SLA.

·      Profound banking knowledge settlement applications (for fx and precious metal)

·      Good German speaking skills

·      Adjust fast to change focus area in development, analysis and effort estimation tasks

·      Good team player

Desired Skills:

·       Flexible regarding upcoming task based on the need of the BoW.

·      Fast to adjust and to deliver tasks outside of the given application portfolio, but still in the same domain.

·      Good interaction with key business & IT partners (e.g. Operations, Infrastructure, central host mainframe teams, release & deployment management etc.)

·       Fast learner

Experience Level:

·      Multiple years (5++ years) as Java programmer ( Angular, spring boots)

·      Solid PL-1 (1-2 years) knowledge

·      Solid overall bank knowledge (key area Fx and precious metal)
