Cyberr is an AI-powered vertical recruitment platform dedicated to cybersecurity talent. We help companies across Europe hire faster, smarter, and more cost-effectively by combining automation, domain expertise, and deep ecosystem data.

As we scale toward €10M ARR, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution that will define the future of cybersecurity hiring.


Role Overview

The Chief Product Officer is a core executive team member responsible for defining and driving Cyberr’s product strategy. You will lead the product vision for:


  • The Cyberr AI recruitment platform
  • Employer-side hiring tools
  • Candidate experience & premium features
  • Data models and matching algorithms
  • Integrations with ATS, cybersecurity academies, and ecosystem partners
  • You will shape the product direction, build and scale the product team, and work closely with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams.

    This role is ideal for a strategic product leader passionate about AI, talent marketplaces, and cybersecurity.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. Product Vision & Strategy

    • Own and articulate Cyberr’s long-term product vision and strategy.
    • Translate company goals (growth, ARR, retention, automation) into a clear product roadmap.
    • Identify opportunities to differentiate Cyberr in the cybersecurity recruitment market.
    • Ensure product decisions are validated with user insights and data.

    2. Roadmap & Execution

    • Develop and maintain the product roadmap across employer, candidate, and internal AI tooling.
    • Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
    • Lead end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
    • Balance speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-moving startup environment.

    3. AI & Product Innovation

    Work closely with engineering and data teams to:

    • Shape AI matching algorithms and relevance models.
    • Introduce workflow automation for recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Build premium candidate features (profiles, visibility, skills passports).
    • Define data strategy and ensure scalable underlying architecture.

    4. Team Leadership

    • Build and lead a high-performing product team (PMs, designers, data product roles).
    • Develop processes for product discovery, delivery, and quality assurance.
    • Create a strong collaboration culture across product, engineering, and design.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with the CEO to align product strategy with the company’s revenue goals.
    • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and retention.
    • Run continuous feedback loops with employers, candidates, and EOR/enterprise customers.
    • Support Enterprise solution development and custom workflows.

    6. KPIs & Impact Measurement

    Define and monitor product KPIs, such as:

    • Activation & onboarding success
    • Employer conversion rates (free → paid)
    • Time-to-hire reduction
    • Candidate activation & quality
    • Marketplace liquidity metrics
    • Feature usage & satisfaction
    • Overall retention and NPS


    Required Skills & Experience


    Must-Have

    • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role.
    • Experience building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven products.
    • A strong grasp of data, ML/AI fundamentals, experiment design, and user research.
    • Ability to set vision, communicate clearly, and drive cross-functional execution.
    • Track record of launching impactful products in fast-growing tech companies.
