Within this department, the Asset Data Management unit is tasked with feeding, maintaining, and valuing all financial instruments in our security master file.
We are seeking a Project Manager within this unit who will ensure that projects related Funds and Private Asset data across the group, are completed efficiently, on time and within budget.
Working closely with business experts, Tech squads, Data teams and external vendors, you will be the bridge between business and technology, to deliver end-to-end solutions that support our various stakeholders within the different business lines.
Your role
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Funds & Private Asset data in Neoxam.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, ROI, and risk, maintaining a clear delivery plan.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including requirements, releases, adoption, and change management.
- Ensure data governance, quality, lineage, and secure distribution in partnership with Data Governance and Tech.
- Monitor operational performance, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of funds lifecycle, structures, financial instruments, and valuation.
- 3+ years’ project management/ownership experience, ideally in funds, asset management, or financial services.
- Good knowledge of Neoxam and Financial Data providers is a real plus.
- Practical experience in data management: quality, integration, distribution, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable with both executives and technical teams.
- Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize, and deliver cross-functional projects.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and committed to automation and process reuse.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Project management certification or experience with enterprise architecture is a plus.
