About the role

As a Data & AI Consultant – Solutions & Business Impact, you combine technical expertise, advisory skills, and commercial acumen. You lead complex data and AI transformation projects, develop and implement solutions with measurable impact, and guide organizations through change — from strategy to adoption. You advise clients, identify commercial opportunities, and translate them into valuable projects. Additionally, you coach teams and ensure that AI and data truly deliver tangible results in practice.

What you will do

• Lead data and AI projects and project teams
• Develop concrete solutions such as:
• Scalable data platforms in Azure or Databricks
• Predictive AI models that improve operational efficiency
• Interactive dashboards in Power BI that accelerate decision-making
• Advise clients on data and AI strategies and support implementation
• Actively participate in pre-sales, commercial proposals, and business development
• Identify new opportunities and increase client value through data-driven solutions
• Engage stakeholders in change processes and ensure successful adoption

What you bring

• Experience as a consultant in data, AI, or related domains
• Proven track record of tangible results: AI models, data platforms, or dashboards in production
• Experience with pre-sales, business development, or client-focused consulting
• Strong advisory, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, and ADKAR methodologies
• Comfortable in dynamic, people-oriented, and flexible environments
• Ability to work independently and lead teams

Preferred

• Technical and analytical foundation with an affinity for AI and data science
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or Python
• Client-oriented, socially skilled, and a strong cultural fit; values autonomy and responsibility
