The Labs Team

  • What do we mean by “You” in this vacancy?

We listed some requirements in the “You” section about the candidate we are looking for. Even though we have our own vision of what this means, we also acknowledge that different people might have a different personal bar for each requirement.

There’s a lot of research showing that some people may not apply for jobs unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. It would be a shame if your bar is higher than ours and you don’t apply, even though you might be the best fit.

At Chordify, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals are respected, valued, and feel empowered to contribute their best work.

The only requirement that is 100% objective is the last one: you should be located in the Netherlands.
