Platform Engineer

We are looking for a colleague with proven experience as an IT Platform Engineer with a strong proficiency in Python. You should be able to cover all aspects of reliable software development: from planning/design stage, hands-on development and testing to automated deployment. We are also looking for someone with the following profile:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience in setting up and maintaining pipelines
• Demonstrable experience in maintaining code quality through best practices and code reviews
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in/understanding of Databricks & Unity Catalog
• Experience in/understanding of application infrastructure and design
• Experience in working with Cloud Technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience in working with application with high availability requirements
• Experience of Agile way of working & DevOps teams
• Team player and eager to share expertise with teams
