We are looking for an Amazing: DevOps Engineer

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. The candidates must be in Lisbon.

The amazing you, will have:

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on public and private cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows, preferably with ArgoCD.
• Experience with public and private clouds: Azure, OpenStack.
• Solid understanding of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Helm, Consul, Vault).
• Strong experience working with Linux-based systems (RedHat, Ubuntu).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Experience with databases and caching technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Previous experience in large-scale, high-availability production environments.
