Position: Technical Lead (Analytics & AI)

Location: Lisboa (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a technical leader in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to drive complex data initiatives and shape advanced architectural solutions. In this role, you will design sophisticated data architectures (including Lambda and Medallion models), oversee data pipelines and platforms such as ADF, Glue, and Databricks, and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will also coordinate DevOps/MLOps best practices across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments, while maintaining the technical backlog, documentation, and infrastructure change requests to ensure seamless operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience with a strong background in Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI;
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Proficiency with data integration and storage tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Amazon S3;
• Experience with AI/ML platforms including Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, ML pipelines, and Generative AI;
• Experience in Analytics using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric;
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
