Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities to ensure construction standards are consistently met.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain progress.
- Select and manage trades and suppliers according to the schedule.
- Resolve on-site construction issues efficiently with the Construction Manager or client.
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and site safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation in the supervisors file.
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures.
